I believe that EVERYONE deserves a fulfilling career that brings them joy. I also know not everyone has the tools and support needed to advocate for themselves, so I offer 100% FREE career coaching.
Now you may think I’m crazy for saying this but…
It doesn't matter what you do.
You can work at a fast food restaurant, you could be a neurosurgeon, a florist, or a professional biker, it does NOT MATTER.
What matters is that you do something that makes you happy, challenges you, fulfills you, and get paid your worth doing so.
In our sessions, we will:
Review your resume, LinkedIn, and cover letters
Practice prepping for and doing mock interviews
Craft negotiation emails and scripts
Make you INDISPENSABLE

Free Career Coaching is for 1 month of weekly calls. Each call is 30 minutes and we will spend the time on what YOU want to focus on.
After you have completed your Free Career Coaching month, you have the ability to apply again if still needed or you can choose to work with me through the Mindset Freedom Method!

Even though these sessions are free, I put my heart and soul into coaching you. To ensure I able able to give my best to you and my regular clients, I only accept 1-2 Free Career Coaching clients a month.
The more care and consideration you put into your application, the more that shows me you will take our time seriously.
I 100% believe Career Coaching should be available to everyone but I won't waste my time working with someone who is unwilling to put in the time and effort. I ask you to respect my time the same way I respect yours!

Heck yea it is!!
This is a big area of passion for me. I have seen a LOT between promoting 3 times in 2 years, interviewing candidates as a manager, burning out, interviewing for a new role, transitioning to remote work, scaling my income from 25k to 6 figures, etc. I know what it's like to be in your shoes AND I know what it's like to be on the other side of the table.
